*sighs* That was lovely, and like three stories in one - and great choice with beginning, middle and end! I like the sex tucked away in the middle and the focus of the reader being drawn to the details that make them a couple. Very, very nice.

This story had a wonderfully warm and slow and lazy feel to it. From the descriptions of Fraser and Ray wallowing in bed to the easy and loving familiarity they have with each other's bodies as they have sex, this story charmed me from the start. Even watching Ray and Fraser deal with an ordinary task such as shopping becomes a lovely peek into their life.

Ray and Fraser are a unit, a family and even when stressed and busy and exhausted, that feeling of love and togetherness still shines through. The sweet Christmas scene as Ray tries to make up for all the sad Christmases that Fraser's ever had shows how much they've grown together.

I especially loved their battle over food (veggies vs. sugar/fat) and the cut-out snowflakes and Mounties. Good job, nos. So many great details.

What a lovely holiday story -- and the sex scenes pretty much KILLED me!

This was delightful.

I loved the little bottles of lube everywhere, their shopping game, the sheer domesticity of it all. And, yes, things got hectic, and they got pulled apart a bit, but then they came back together. What a lovely Christmas tree that was at the end!

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!! A wonderful Christmas story. I love their tree with its makeshift decorations. The paper mounties holding hands, aw! And the "I miss you" exchange turning a corner for them. Lovely.

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

This was so lovely! I got all sniffly towards to end. This story was just adorable- I loved all the little details (the little bottles of lube everywhere might be my new favourite thing) and the cut out Mounties, and the pepper lights, and how you made it so their christmas was realistically tiring, but still beautiful and magic and just so full of love, and making things work when without love they wouldn't. I love the domesticity at the beginning, and the routine they have created (which happens to be pretty darn hot *melts*) and how that routine is...sort of broken and remade by the end of the fic- I mean, you make it a temporary change, but it also serves to show how adaptable their relationship is. In disrupting their routine, you're showing how solid what underlies it is. Such a lovely story *hearts*

This is simply adorable, not just the little details - like the lube everywhere - but the tone, the characterisation, *waves hands around* everything is just so them. I love their routine, and the paper mounties, and childish and immature, I just _love_ everything about this fic. <3 <3 <3

I love this sweet little piece. I really enjoy the fact that some of the dSSS stories are holiday-themed, like this one.

The Sunday-morning routine and Ray's observations about it ring so true for the characters. I love Fraser wallowing! And the little bottles of lube everywhere. Oh, boys!! And then Ray's growing anxiety over the fact that the Sundays have disappeared, and the guys both getting kind of haggard...and then Christmas actually solving everything. More accurately, an act of will--Ray's determination--solving everything by Christmas, and that's even better.

Ray with the tree is such a wonderful image. The branches uncurling! And then Fraser showing Ray how to decorate a tree using just what's at hand. You win for the best use of the chili-pepper lights EVER. :) And the paper Mounties holding hands!!! Eeeee! :) Sweet, lovely story, beautifully written. \o/

Yowza, talk about scorching! o_O This was such a nicely domestic story, on the one hand, because it's heartwarming to think that they've settled into this routine of love-work-play-sleep-etc... and then the incredible hotness, and work interfering with it all and the worry that they might be drifting apart - fears put to rest by the ending. It was quite a ride! :)

I like the domesticity of this, from the quiet mornings to the stressed-out busy times. And, mmm, hot shower sex...

Whoa! There was bonus fic! (Someone actually had to alert me to this fact!) I love love love this. I love the Sunday schedule (and sex! the schedule allows lots of room for sex!) and their homemade Christmas tree and how completely freaking adorable the whole thing is. I love how this story is currently making me grin like an idiot. Love!
