Totally, completely, absolutely entertaining. I too love the structure, and all the ways Kowalski tries to hook Vecchio, but how it's the good ol' fear of death trick that gets Vecchio in the end. Yay!

I loved this! The phone calls with Fraser were a fantastic addition, both narratively and as a way to break up the time between the K/V scenes. This made my heart beat a little faster: "maybe I just like what I see." Oh boys! Funny and sweet!

I really like this! The structure is great, and I don't think I've ever seen Fraser play quite that role in a K/V story before, so that was really refreshing. An excellent read!

Bwahahaa! Zen-Jedi-Mountie Kowalski, the inevitability of romance, and poor Ray Vecchio fighting it the whole way. And insightful Fraser as RayK's sounding-board. So cute!

This was wonderful! Very creative and engaging structure that combines the immediacy of limited omniscient narration from Vecchio's POV with the insight of Ray's telephone calls to Fraser. Getting both perspectives was essential for this story to work and you really nailed it! I also love the fact that Ray and Fraser are friends and buddies and comfortable enough to talk on the phone about Vecchio. That was a brilliant solution to the "Oh poor lonely Fraser!" issue that (for me) makes it difficult sometimes to read Ray/Ray. Great job all around!

oh, I liked this a LOT. great structure, great story, great VECCHIO, and wonderful Kowalski - I do so very much adore him when he's so goddamn SURE of himself. This was awesome.

This is absolutely adorable. Ray enlisting Fraser's help to seduce Ray! And with the "do you find me attractive" line, and the bulletproof vest, it's such a flashback to the beginning of Ray and Fraser's relationship. Hee!

Ah fabulous! The voices are perfect, and Fraser's not-saying is as eloquent as his saying, and Kowalski's a devious bastard and I know he and Ray will be great together.

Oh, I want to marry this Ray and Ray. The phone calls were a brilliant idea. Loved your clueless RayV, and your very, very charming RayK. This is some great writing. What a treat.

how much do i love the idea of kowalski calling fraser for advice on how to woo vecchio??? SO MUCH. lots of ray/ray seems to leave fraser sad and lonely, and this hit the sweet spot for me with the idea of him as a loving friend to both of them. THANK YOU! also? everything else about this was downright hilarious and awesome.

I *love* this. Sneaky planning Ray K confiding over the phone to Fraser! Suspicious and slightly nonplussed Vecchio. This has serious zing. <3

awwww, yay! I loved this! I especially love the sense of Fraser and RayK having bonded into lifelong friends, despite the distance. And Fraser supporting RayK trying to seduce Vecchio is just awesome! :D

Aw, sweet! I like the structure in particular, the way the phone calls give us a better idea of what's going on with Kowalski than Vecchio has. Plus, Fraser commentary! Eee.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! This is SO FUNNY and SWEET and full of zing and snap and snark! And awwwwwww, Fraser and Kowalski talking on the phone is awesome! I love that they're still friends! *beams at them* And Kowalski being PERSISTENT and trying to get his man, and all of it? It's beautiful! I LOVE IT! Thank you SO MUCH! *chair dances with glee* Yayayaye!
